Pearl Street Mall is renowned for its eclectic shops and historical architecture. New construction including retail and office space had to blend in with the existing décor and theme of the mall. Through diligent architecture and attention to detail during the construction process this goal was accomplished with great success as Taylor Kohrs built a 3rd floor addition, across three buildings (1600, 1601 and 1712) in the heart of the pedestrian mall. During construction the first two floors were occupied by operational businesses. Taylor Kohrs ensured the safety of everyone involved and was mindful of construction disturbances during business hours.
