The project is a unique combination of modern market rate apartments and office space developed jointly and adjacent to each other. The 1950’s bow truss building was completely renovated and a mezzanine level added to provide 14,400 sq ft of office space. Next door, the concrete podium provided the platform for the three story, 37,059 sq ft building, with 46 apartment units above and a garage with 52 parking spaces below.
