The new affordable housing project includes 112 units that are a mix of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom, a second level outdoor patio, leasing office, commercial space, community room, exercise room and 92 parking spaces all on a 1 acre urban site. The 4-story wood-framed structure sits on a post-tensioned concrete podium and a deep foundation system bounded by busy streets, residences and businesses on all sides.
