The project consisted of a building addition on the southeast side of the occupied school. The 5,400 sq ft addition is a one-story, steel post-and-beam structure with at-grade sidewalks around the perimeter. Work included selective interior demolition, bathroom additions, five (5) classroom additions, fire alarm and fire suppression, MEP upgrades, crawl space work including new structural supported hallway, playground re-work, new gaga pits and landscaping.
