The new Extra Space is located along the Colfax corridor. The three-level, 121,520 sq ft facility includes 11,780 sq ft of retail space with a drive-thru window to accommodate a variety of tenants. The climate controlled storage facility has 963 storage units and indoor loading docks all of which have occupancy sensors.
