To accommodate the increase in staff, this Boulder based mid-sized pharmaceutical company relocated their headquarters to a new space occupying two floors of an existing building. Each floor was renovated in stages to allow phased occupancy of the new facility. The space includes 41 individual offices with floor to ceiling glass, seven open office/cubicle areas, six conference rooms, two full kitchen/breakroom areas, wellness room, executive lounge and reception area.
