Working with a tight summer schedule, Taylor Kohrs converted a portion of the school’s locker bays into a 2,500 sq ft school based health clinic. Storefront was added so the public has access to the facility without entering in through the school. The clinic provides the students with annual physicals, immunizations, sick and injury care, management of chronic conditions, medical screenings, mental health counseling, health education, reproductive health care and preventive dental. The goal is to ensure students have a safe and comfortable place they can go to seek the help they need and thrive.
