The 38,000 sq ft build-out, occupying the entire 2nd floor of the Hines building at Union Station, required special noise insulation systems to ensure no sound leakage to adjacent tenants. The 10 ft ceilings were sound insulated and all MEP systems were suspended using a Kinetics Isomax System to further reduce any noise transmission.
The front lobby has a unique Panelite lighting system, creating a very modern space. The entry hallway features a 30 ft stone water wall filtered with a UV system. The 3,000 sq ft locker rooms include sauna and steam rooms. Members can enjoy the Energy Bar & Café, hot yoga, the anti-gravity yoga wall, HRT studio, group fitness classes, state-of-the-art cardio and strength training equipment.
