The new two-story, structural steel building is home to CSU Global allowing for open collaboration areas and conference rooms with operable partitions to create multiple conference room configurations. Work included extensive site work tying into the two existing schools, Pickens and Quest, sanitary and water sewers with a loop system and into Aurora Public Schools private fiber line. Inside the building is extensive security and low voltage scopes along with energy efficient fixtures.
