Lambertson Farms is a mixed-use development that includes parks, community baseball fields, trails and open space. Our scope of work consisted of managing all aspects of the site work, the construction of parks and recreation areas including site grading, streets, wet & dry utilities, landscaping, irrigation and playground equipment installation. We worked closely with the owner, engineering teams, land planners and architects to provide the most cost effective solutions for the project. In doing so, we were able to overcome the sensitive environmental issues involved with the dewatering of Quail Creek and then renovate the wetlands by bypassing the flow of the creek through the utilization of pumps. We worked diligently to satisfy the needs of both the EPA and the community.
