Taylor Kohrs completed its second project with the Mental Health Center of Denver (MHCD), Dahlia Campus for Health and Well-Being, creating a vibrant community based facility with indoor and outdoor educational and health services spaces. The 4 acre Dahlia Campus includes a 45,000 sq ft building offering early childhood education, deaf & hard of hearing services, a pediatric dental clinic, mental health services, a gymnasium, community spaces and administrative offices. The outdoor space components include play areas, counseling gardens, an aquaponics greenhouse and a 40,000 sq ft urban farm with a farm stand, providing access to fresh, healthy produce and protein for community members.
