Mi Casa Resource Center needed a larger space to continue offering their much needed services and to house all their employees in a location easily accessible to the community they serve. Taylor Kohrs completed the tenant build-out on the first level of the Terraza del Sol affordable housing mixed-use building. The space includes: 17 perimeter offices, 2 open cubicle work spaces, 3 conference rooms, a 2,700 sq ft multi-purpose room with operable partitions, 2 full kitchen/breakroom areas, 2 public restrooms and family restroom, 2 administration restrooms, 7 private perimeter meeting spaces, 1 computer lab with an operable partitioning wall, 2 zen rooms and all employee areas require badged access.
