DXL men’s clothing store joins the Orchard Town Center’s convenient shopping destination. The new structural steel building required over-excavation of the building site due to expansive soils. The vanilla shell was completed with MEP systems installed for DXL. The project is on a busy outdoor pedestrian mall, adjacent to two other retail tenants and was completed during business hours making everyone’s safety a high priority.
