Taylor Kohrs partnered with South Metro Housing Options and Shopworks Architecture for a two story interior tenant improvement at the new South Metro Housing Options (SMHO) headquarters. This project was completed in two phases to accommodate the current tenants. Phase one included minor demolition and construction of demising wall for lease-able space on the second floor. Phase two consisted of a complete interior demolition and a new build-out for the new SMHO Headquarters.
