Taylor Kohrs was outgrowing their offices and off site yard. They needed a place that could house all their staff and equipment in one location. With a tight three month schedule, the Taylor Kohrs team renovated an 11,180 sq ft office space that utilized existing materials and new custom finishes. Their new headquarters includes two conference rooms, 13 offices, an open collaborative work area, break room with two glass garage doors, work-out room, warehouse and storage yard.
